Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- We require a credit card on file to reserve any visits with us.
- A minimum of 48-hour notice is needed to cancel or reschedule any appointment(s).
- Appointments canceled within less than 24 hrs will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.
- Missed appointments will be charged the full cost (100%) of the service booked.
- Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may need to be rescheduled and will fall under our cancellation policy.
- Late & missed appointments may also result in sessions or treatments being deducted from your package.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY
Please give us as much notice as possible if you are feeling sick or not able to make your appointment! We are always more than happy to reschedule to accommodate your needs.
Payment
13% standard HST applies on all sales.
We accept the following payment methods:
Promotions & Marketing
- We cannot hold promotions without a deposit or payment to secure the promotional offer.
- Some promotional materials may not be valid during peak booking periods.
Refund Policy
All services provided by Studio Gldn are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our services and the time reserved specifically for each client, we do not offer refunds for completed services, missed appointments, late arrivals, or dissatisfaction resulting from factors outside of our control.
Please Note:
- Results may vary based on individual skin type, preparation, aftercare, and lifestyle.
- It is the client's responsibility to follow all pre-appointment and aftercare instructions provided.
- Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.
Refunds Are Not Provided For:
- Late cancellations
- No-show appointments
- Appointments canceled outside of the stated cancellation window
