Pre-Care Instructions

• Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment
• Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 4 weeks prior
• Skip waxing, plucking, or threading for 6 weeks before treatment
• Remove makeup, lotions, and deodorant from treatment area
• Avoid retinoids and glycolic acid products for 3-5 days prior
• Stay hydrated and arrive with clean, dry skin

Post-Care Instructions

• Apply cold compress to reduce redness and swelling
• Use gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer for 48 hours
• Avoid hot showers, baths, saunas, and steam rooms for 24-48 hours
• Skip makeup and heavy lotions on treated area for 24 hours
• Wear SPF 30+ daily and avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks
• Don't pick at or exfoliate treated skin
• Avoid intense workouts for 24-48 hours
• Hair will shed naturally over 1-3 weeks—don't pull or wax

What to Expect: Temporary redness and sensitivity similar to mild sunburn, typically resolving within 24-48 hours.
